When a home is designed and built far beyond industry standards, it will perform well for generations.  The entire exterior of this home is wrapped in a blanket of Rockwool insulation, ensuring it's well protected from the harsh Wisconsin elements. Careful selection and detailing of high quality air, vapor, and water barriers keep the structure dry. What you can't see is often the most important.The homeowners' lifestyle is centered on well-being and coziness, which was the focus throughout the design/build process.  Early planning also centered around embracing a coveted collection of midcentury and antique furniture, decor, and worldly art.
